I am a very positive, kind natured, caring, conscientious and empathetic person who has a lot of experience within the care profession. I enjoy building rapport with my clients whilst delivering a very good level of care and I take pride in each area of my work. Whilst respecting my clients dignity privacy and personal space I build a bond based on trust and professionalism reflective of my employers values which is essential to the profession . I am able to offer my clients healthy meals according to their dietary preferences, companionship and massage therapy on demand if required. In order to attain wellness and upliftment as I took a course in massage therapy for both my brother grandmother to whom I administered therapeutic sessions for their well being which worked extremely well. I work collaboratively with the team whenever it is necessary as I am a team player. I am able to take instructions from those in charge and equally able to take charge, implementing our best practice methods in my work. Through corresponding with my team I sketch up an appropriate and brilliant client focused care plan which allows the client to thrive in happiness and satisfaction. Everyone I have worked with has liked me both my clients and staff members alike I am currently available full of enthusiasm and looking for a new role as a live in carer. I work in Faith clinic and maternity homes holding the position of community/mental health support officer where I oversee the needs of five persons at any given time. As is my nature to ensure that persons around me feel safe and not dejected, I would create individual care plans, monitor medication usage, and assist them with their daily needs.
