During that time I have found Caroline to be an excellent worker, diligent, honest, patient, caring and punctual. My son is severely disabled with cerebral Palsy, double incontinent, with some challenging behaviour. All of which posed no problem for caroline who always acted professionally with care and understanding at all times. unfortunately, Lee's care placement has now changed which has meant that the P/A role has now come to a n end. Iwould have no hesitation in recommending caroline for any future position in the care industry.
