I have worked in a public facing role for 4 years plus now
I consider myself as a great communicator always empathic polite and very patient with others
I excel and enjoy the end satisfaction of resolving simple enquires or complex problems either on the phone or face to face
I have worked in the Health Sector just over three years mostly NHS
I met and work amongst my patients their family and friends and also the staff and general public throughout my working day 
I understand the importance of using the right procedures keeping promises made in good faith being courteous and polite to those I work with look after or the public I meet using the correct body language throughout my day
the importance of a smart appearance and being correctly dressed I also understand that I am accountable for my own actions those I work with and sometimes the public around me 
I have experience of working in elderly care situations personal care shopping cleaning companionship end of life and palliative care rehabilitation escort duties and a Capone and a live in role with adolescence males with learning difficulties
I have worked in a community and ward settings
I work effectively as a team player or autonomously
I record accurate and appropriate information and communicate effectively with the other team members 
I have worked with patients with sight and hearing impairments aphasia disphasia dementia Parkinsons Munchausen suffering ongoing effects from strokes hip and joint replacements self inflicted neglect COPD learning difficulties and Autism
I am looking to work around my family commitments however I am quite flexible working ideally nights weekends public holidays and weekday half day shifts
I am looking for 18 hours  to  full time employment
I have my own transport and also easy access to the public transport network
