I am writing to express my interest in live in carer, as advertised. With a passion for working with children and adult and a commitment to creating a nurturing, safe environment for past eight years. I believe I would be a strong addition to your team. To supporting clients to a diverse range of service user with learning disabilities and mental health needs, issue on a day to day into independent life leaving in their own houses and in the communities and enhance their quality of life in various ways. Example, housing related matters in arranging repairs and providing advice's on safety in their accommodations, providing support in leaving health and support to Hospitals, GP Surgery, review of risk assessment
and support plan with community mental health Nurses, and prompt clients in
taking their medication at the right time. I also work with children with Autism
supporting them with personal care and daily routine support, and support to
learning daily independent living skills.
