I have worked in social care for many years so have alot of experience in supporting young and the elderly, my duties included personal care, ordering and administering medications,taking the client to doctor and hospital appointments, housework, laundry,cooking, taking the client out and about in the community for coffee and cake or for lunch, to meet up with friends and also to church on a Sunday,recording medications and recording a daily diary I also had regular contact with District Nurses and physios when this was needed regarding the client.
