I have worked as a support worker for over 8 years now where I qualified in NVQ level 3 Diploma in childcare. I have had several trainings, experiences and skills in care practices. I understand needs of people I support, infection control measures, health and safety, physical intervention, safeguarding children, medication policy and autism aware. I have good team spirit and numeracy skills, ability to communicate well, able to work under own initiative, work as a team, have knowledge of many social activities. I have always had positive attitude towards people, willing to undergo trainings, ability to carry out instructions from my superiors.
