Dear Sir/Madam
My compassionate nature combined with more than 15 years of hands-on experience in different care settings, makes me a perfect candidate for a live in position in your home.
My excellent personal care skills and high level of commitment to my work enable me help the elderly to maintain mobility through light work and walking. I also have a demonstrated ability to assist cognitive functioning through various methods such as conversation, memory drills and books. In keeping with client specific requirements, I am expert in keeping up with care plans, able to plan and prepare nutritious meals, help with activities of daily living and personal care such as bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting and dressing. I have lots of experience with clients suffering from dementia and other similar conditions.
I find joy in reading my bible and Christians books, taking some morning walks, which I call them (Walk of faith) I believe my friendly, kindness and resilience personality is what has made me to excel in my previous commitments.
