Being adaptable is another quality trait I appreciate. As it has supported my working environments have given me a lot of experience with people of different backgrounds, race, religion and culture and can say I know at least something about all those various backgrounds and prepared to learn more to promote equality. Having worked in demanding environments has made me strong mentally and I can cope very well under pressure.
