I’m applying for this post as I believe this is a position where my passion for nursing will grow should I be given the opportunities. A highly experienced care assistant who is able to fully respect the privacy, dignity, needs and beliefs of patients and carers.I am reliable worker with the ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly, and who is able to practice in accordance with agreed standards of care,I takes full responsibility for own developmental learning and performance, and has a long track record of working in nursing and residential care homes as well as in the community. I can undertake the full range of caring duties, I am always eager to learn any new skill associated with being a care assistant, and enjoys making a real difference to people's lives. Right now am looking for a suitable organisation that has a friendly and innovative team of professionals already in place to work with and opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.
