Dear Employer I am a 32 year hard working man, passionate about his job with over 6 years of experience in Health Care. Passionate about this industry and job sector to be specific. I find it wholesome, to be a person that is able to provide care for any individual or client in need. As a necessity that I saw that people need help in different areas I decided it good to be a health carer as well or support worker.


I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, from the elderly to children and even young Adults. I am passionate about providing compassionate care and support to those who need it.”


In my previous roles I would fluctuate from the elderly care to even children depending on the flexibility of my employers and company which can show how flexible any pattern and shifts has, with clients booking me months ahead in advance to better concentrate adequate and centred care to a client.


My responsibilities depended but would be centred around the care of my client, it would include assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and providing emotional support to observations just to mention a few. Through these experiences, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism understanding the task and my role as a carer.

I, myself is a person that enjoy walks in nature, reading and meditation, I realise that it helps improve my diet and also my health.

Some roles would detail include:

- Developing personalized care plans that improved the quality of life for residents.
- Establishing strong relationships with clients and their families, resulting in high satisfaction ratings.
- Implementing recreational activities that promoted social interaction and mental well-being.


I also have knowledge in hoisting patients, bed, pad change, positioning, activity planning, making appointments and taking clients to appointments inclusively with a vast of other materials relevant and innovative to the job.


This job has taught me caring for people is more than just a smile but helping them in a vast number of areas and understanding the difference. It has made me comfortable to contribute in an individual’s life with adequate help, a set of values and protocols followed be observed to ensure that your client is well cared for.
