I am hard working, and I believe that I have the skills and training required for that role. I am a certified Healthcare Assistant having studied with the Red Cross Society of Zimbabwe and Florence Care Associates Ltd U.K.
Through my experience as a Care Assistant within a hospital setting, I have mastered the concepts of effective medication administration, reading patient vital signs as well as personal care provision. I take pride in handling patients with the utmost dignity, confidentiality and care, a manner well substantiated by my empathetic and vibrant character.
I also gained valuable experience in managing challenging behaviors and with that, I was able to enhance my risk management skills. I have experience and understanding of person-centered care and being able to foster independence where possible. I am an excellent team player and my personality shines through when I am working as part of a team.
