Hi i don’t have much paid experience in care. I have worked privately as a live in carrer for an elderly man who was originally pretty able and needed little support when it came to personal care but over time was bed bound and had a second care come help me in the morning and nights, who has now sins sadly past. I do also have years of personal experience, especially with dementia. I have always had a caring side to me, from a young age Iv been obsessed with babysitting and spent most my time with my grandparents. My grandparents Where pretty much my parents, and the past few years I have been paying them back with the same personal care and love they gave me.
Along with their personal care I did a lot of domestic care from basic cleaning and maintaining hygiene, from changing stool sheets, bloody etc. correctly disposing of needles and medication. I am happy to take on any training that will benefit me.
