I started doing care as a way to pay forward, my family hired a live in carer for assistance with my grandmother, which lasted 3 years until she passed. I was impacted by the care the carer delivered to my family and decided to take a secondment from my carer to dedicate a year as a live in a carer. 1 year turned to 8 years as I found the job fulfilling and fell in love with providing exceptional assistance to those in their own home to ensure they maintain their independence and remain in place of peace.
