I am an extremely caring person who enjoys putting the needs of others before myself. My background is teaching English as a foreign language where I supported students in improving their ability to communicate. However, during the past five years I had the privilege of caring for my elderly father who had difficulty with mobility due his age and requiring both a hip replacement and a pacemaker. I prepared meals for him, ran the household, did errands, helped him with his personal hygiene as well as getting dressed. I have always been delighted to talk to elderly people and hear about their life experiences. I am a very good conversationalist and listener. Having slight visual impairment due to glaucoma I appreciate working with the elderly. I am hard working as the success of lessons depended upon me and likewise well-being of my father was my responsibility.
