I supported him in daily tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, mobility assistance, and managing his catheter care. One of my key responsibilities was establishing a daily routine to help reduce confusion and ensure his comfort. I also assisted with physical activities, including walks and light exercise, to help maintain his mobility and overall health. Furthermore, I provided emotional support and companionship, which played a crucial role in improving his quality of life.

I have worked with clients in different stages of dementia and understand the importance of patience, empathy, and flexibility. My ability to communicate clearly, especially with clients who have cognitive or sensory impairments, helps create a safe and trusting environment. I have also been involved in cooking nutritious meals, light housekeeping, and arranging social activities, ensuring that all aspects of the client’s well-being are attended to.
