I am a carer with much experience and looking for job .I have met different kind of people with different behaviour, and can cope with all kind of environment.

Since competence in health and social care is the ability to understand and meet the needs of patients while providing effective care. I always involve myself by having the knowledge, skills, and expertise to deliver care through training to meet clients' profiles .

I use a person-centred approach to care for my clients since it is the instrumental in building a positive carer/client rerelationship, which always help clients to live their life independently.
