I am a 40 year old female. I am caring respectful and very compassionate when it comes to delivering person centred care. I have experience over 10 years in care field I've done live in care for past 5 years for my own mum through social services funding and hired a care team to support me with her care package which was 24,7 care at home. I understand was is required to build the trust and understanding of a client to be able to deliver the care that they need as a individual and promote independence at the same time.
