I am an experienced and caring social care worker with a firm commitment to
social care. My experience comes from a background of working with
vulnerable people from all backgrounds and differing life circumstances. I
have worked with people in both the public and private sector, worked in
nurseries and special schools with children, vulnerable adults with learning
disabilities and elderly people experiencing physical difficulties and
different stages of dementia. I am comfortable in both lone- and teamwork
situations, and have good communication skills which are useful in times
of liasing with representatives, family members of related professionals. I
also have excellent observational and listening skills which are highly
effective when interacting with individuals.
