I believe I meet the criteria for the above post. My strengths include excellent communication skills such as written and verbal which can be shown through my experience in retail and most recent care job. I believe that I am able to show empathy towards patients and their families by helping them to cope with their problems and understand their feelings. I believe it is important to demonstrate compassion and put myself in their shoes. in addition to the above, I am able to demonstrate a good level of patience with clients, by calmly handling situations without becoming frustrated. I am able to uphold privacy and dignity whilst washing dressing and feeding patients which i believe is important for the above role. I am able to work as part of a team and also use my initiative and work unsupervised when required. I believe I am reliable and have a proven record of attendance. I have a strong willingness to learn and futher develop the above skills and abilities.
