This position is of interest to me as I have 9 years experience working with elderly residents from my time at Paternoster Care Home(Barchester Healthcare) and my elderly parents.
I hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care and am keen to work towards more qualifications. I am an empathetic person who uses initiative when dealing with vulnerable residents and works well in a team. I believe through well-structured care, patients can lead a dignified and fulfilling life.
I have built up a solid bank of skills in taking care of the elderly which I believe would allow me to make a significant contribution to your organisation.
