I work in Faith clinic and maternity homes holding the position of community/mental health support officer where I oversee the needs of five persons at any given time. As is my nature to ensure that persons around me feel safe and not dejected, I would create individual care plans, monitor medication usage, and assist them with their daily needs. This includes house chores, preparing meals, transportation and providing good old-fashioned companionship. It is important to me that my patients are able to trust me as a caregiver and a friend.
