My name is Olatubosun, I go by Ola. I'm a very hard working woman, I love caring for the individuals who are vulnerable, expecially the elderly. I've worked for almost 3 years looking after elderly people, currently I'm working for the young people 16yrs to 18yrs, which has built up my skills to be abke to care for the vulnerable. Skills such as; being able to anticipate person centered care needs. I have been able to follow the care plans to deliver care needs such as administring medications, delivering best personal care, providing healthy diets and helping the individual to assess services in the communities. I have the values needed for compassionate care; I'm courageous, I'm competent, i communicate well, in that I dont shy away from speaking or advocating for the vulnerable. I have level 2 in health and social care NVQ, Level 2 in health and Nutrition, level2 in Nail Tech, level2 in Baking, level2 in women hair dressing and Level2 in Barbering and men facial care.
