I am friendly, hardworking, a good listener and enjoy working with older people.
I have worked with clients with dementia, Alzheimer and chronic conditions in hospitals, residential care and volunteered at a respite center. I have developed a compassionate approach and take time to get to know my clients. I am a very patient person and happy to work at my client's pace, following their lead. I enjoy listening to older people.
I can assist with hygiene, toileting, eating, cooking, cleaning, meditation, shopping etc. I work well with other multidisciplinary team members such as GP, Physiotherapist, Pharmacists, etc. I became a carer while in college, from volunteering and continuing what I'm good at.
I love reading, swimming, baking and listening to music.
