Hello, my name is Paul,
I'm a 32 year old, British, male with over 2 years experience as a live in carer.
I enjoy helping people live a rich and fulfilling life.
My approach to caring is with understanding, compassion, empathy and creating a connection.
I have experience working with people with neurological differences, neurodiverse and mental illness.
I creatively bring structure, motivation, consistency and reliability into my clients lives by getting to know their wants and needs and implementing a routine that works for them.
I believe in building confidence in my clients abilities and do this by sharing my skills and knowledge.
The main skills I will bring with me are, cooking and experimenting with food; cleaning general, dispensing medication, completing records and attending appointments; planning activities, days out, daily motivation and companionship.
I have a UK automatic driving licence. I am a safe and confident driver.
I also have a love for animals and am an experienced dog walker which I am happy to include as a part of my care.
As a person that is constantly developing and happy to learn my skill set is forever developing.
