I am a motivated, flexible and capable team player with a reliable track record of employment. Although experienced in the food and non-food retail business sectors, my long term, voluntary caring work has made me realise that I have the empathy, patience and communication skills to support, care for and motivate those in need. Recently, a Careers Adviser from the Healthcare Sector, highlighted that he believed I offered the skill-set needed to be a successful personal career and I am now seeking to consolidate my caring experience in a formal full-time caring role.
Well organised and reliable, I offer a flexible approach to work which means that I will be free to undertake assignments as the employer’s schedule dictates. Importantly, I have the flexibility to react at short-notice so will be able to cover for unexpected absences or gaps that, no doubt, occur from time to time.
