I am an experienced Live-in Care assistant, working in this sector for 3 years now and looking for permanent work. I am currently studying Service Design and Data Management at Northeastern University and this role would allow me to use my newly acquired skills.
My recent job being a Senior Carer/Team leader which show my commitment skills, possessing excellent time management skills and the crucial ability to function well in fast-paced and deadline-driven team environments and also slow-paced, while still being able to time-keep efficiently whilst gaining my clients trust and of course my company. I especially excel at reviewing, handling and maintaining confidential documents and records, managing the travel arrangements, and producing reports on time and in depth.
With a formal background in various different professional and exciting roles from retail to senior care roles throughout the years, I have and continue to demonstrate being detail-orientated and resilient in regards to dealing with enquires and/or difficult situations on hand, professionally and efficiently. I'm naturally a people person and meeting new people and supporting my team where necessary.
I consistently complete assignments on time, manage competing responsibilities and give guests and staff top quality support. My aptitude for leadership has been especially useful, and I look forward to putting my expertise to good use in a challenging but rewarding position.
I appreciate you taking the time to evaluate my suitability for the open position and hope to speak soon for a phone chat or to set up an interview.
Sincerely,
Renae.
