Thank you for reading my profile. Looking for live in work in and surrounding the greater London area. In the last 8 years I have and continue providing 24 hour live in care and daily care for the elderly over 65yrs who need support with personal care and daily activities. I have supported many with a range of long term illness from alzheimer's dementia, stroke, kidney disease, PEG feeding, rehabilitation after hospital, long term catheter care, vascular dementia, diabetes, anxiety disorder, history of falls and more. You will find me kind supportive sense of humour, gentle, attentive, caring and professional. Love cooking a variety of english and international meals, eating out, travel, reading and current news. Proactive in supporting elderly service user in day to day living, doctor's appointments, social events, emotional support and supportive with rest of family in adjusting to live out/live in care. Ex nurse now prefer to work one on one providing compassionate care companionship and daily living support. If you need a driver please note my licence is for an automatic car only and fairly confident driver in the city and residential areas.
