Been working in care for 9 years. In a care to begin with and in the community with the nhs currently. I love caring for people in their own home. The patient turn over in my current role is quite quick as I work for a short term service. So the main thing my job lacks is the chance to build up a rapport and a bond with the people I’m caring for. And I think Live in care is the perfect opportunity for that.
