I am SUNSHYNE BING RUBIO, currently staying in Singapore for more than 5 years. I am 31 years old, single.I work as HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT in Nursing Homes ( Apex Harmony Lodge) for more than 5 years. I am a Dementia Care and exposed to Supported Living resident's which are wheelchair bound. In my carrier its very challenging to be a dementia nurse because you will work under pressure and challenging behaviours are at risk. I have learn that we need to have a good patience and be more person centred care nurse's to the resident's. Dementia patient's are the one that the mind forget but the heart remembers. We treat them a good life so that when they reach their limit to this world they can still have a peaceful memories during their last days on.
