I have been working with Bluebird care from February 2017 supporting mainly elderly people to be independent as possible in their own home. I support with personal care medication and domestic tasks. I have experience through this work of moving and handling and have used a hoist and moving and handling equipment. I have received basic training on policies and through the care certificate workbook which I have almost completed. I enjoy this work and try to be positive with my customers as possible and give my best.I'm always willing to learn and want to improve my skills in the care sector which I enjoy. I would like the opportunity to do the diploma in care. I'm aware of health safety and follow good procedures to prevent cross infection for example and use PPE.
