I'm caring person with great passion for elderly care and i find the job very rewarding and i would like to make progress and work towards my NVQ level 2. I have been working in elderly care for 11 months in care home and in NHS from 1 year us Heath Care Assistant. I understand how important role of health care assistant is, Im very caring person that always gives 100 % and treat everyone like individuals,I have great respect for privacy and confidentiality and have very happy approach with good verbal and written communications skills, i know how important is to communicate well with families and residents and give them support they need in sometimes very hard times, I have very good organisational skills as on many occasions i was asked to manage the shift, , i understand how important is to have positive attitude and smiley face and what a difference it makes.
