I worked in hospital providing care to all patients within elderly care. As care provider, I spent most of my time supporting patients and working in partnership with families. I am experienced in basic nursing care and deal with patients needs and personal hygiene. I carry out daily patient observations whilst accurately recording all data results and exercising patient confidentiality. I'm loyal and excellent relationship builder.
