Personal care – assisting with bathing, dressing and continence support
Helping with mobility – assisting clients getting around the home or outdoors
Support with medication – administering or prompting clients with medication according to the their care plan, managing repeat prescriptions and GP or any medical/clinical appointments.
Household chores – help around the home, such as vacuuming or washing clothes, preparing and cooking meals and supporting with healthy eating.
Running errands – assisting with tasks such as shopping
