Im care support worker for working more than ten years. Which i have worked in nursing homes, in the commiunty in care in a caring manner . Which i have the patients give them washes , support dignity . Which i no work in the nhs hospital for seven years with my experience working in care . I feel that working with team that you are purting something back looking after your patients . Which you are commiucating, give them supporting and trust show tgem y can do this job in a support manner.
