Hi. I am of Fijian origin. My husband is serving in the Army and I have 4 grown children, 3 boys, 1 girl. I started my career in teaching back at home in Fiji before moving to the UK. I have also helped look after my parents back home in Fiji. Since I arrived in the UK, I have did numerous roles in different work sectors and I always find myself back into a care related role. I am passionate in the welfare of the elderly and vulnerable in our community that is why i have chosen to do a care work, full time. I have done care works from domiciliary care, working in a care home, working as a support worker with the adult learning disability..I have also worked as a Wellbeing Advisor for a charitable organisation specialising in Mental Health both in their crisis servive( one of the first in the country) and in their recovery service as well. I have loved working in all these different areas , and I have gained a lot of experience from these different roles, and I have always found it comfortable working directly with people.
I am loving, caring, dedicated, empathetic, patient, hardworking, trustworthy. I am fun and enjoy sharing experiences with people. I drive too. I have all my training updated and I've also had my manual handling training done recently. I love cooking and I occasionally bake.
