I am a Tutor with a Special Education College teaching students with Learning Disability of ages between 16 and 22 preparing that for adulthood. I have been working as a Tutor at this College for 12 years. On my other Job I am a Support Worker for people who need complex care but are in independent leaving. I have worked on my second Job for 15 years doing both day and night shifts. In both cases I have attended mandatory training in various Courses to enable me to provide services efficiently. Such Training As manual Handling, NAPPI Training, First Aid, Food hygiene, Medication, Equality and Diversity, How to write a Risk Assessment, Epilepsy and Buccal Midazolam. I would like to work in live in care since I feel that this is where my experience together will be utilised to the maximum. I have worked as a live-in-Carer with Pathway Health Care for 8 Months where I have been caring for people with Mental Health Challenges.
