I have been working in the Care sector for the last 31years. During those years < I worked in Nursing and care homes working with young adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism, I have worked with older people some with a wide range of issues, such as, Dementia, physical disabilities, Mental Health issues, etc. I have also have worked in Hospitals, both on Medical and Surgery ward. For the last 8 years I have worked as a Live-In Carer. I hold an NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Health and Social Care. I also have Administration, Support Work and Management Skills, acquired during my years working with homeless men/women in a hostels. I therefore have an understand of accountability and using initiative. I am a responsible hardworking adult with a passion to making a difference to someone's life. I am looking for a opportunity that can offer me job satisfaction and flexibility.
