Hello there,
hope all is well.
For the past two years I have been employed by a private family where i was supporting their elderly mother who had suffered a stroke and developed later stage symptoms of Dementia. As well as working as a live in carer I was employed by Alters Recruitment in Southampton as a Care Assistant working with vulnerable clients in their own homes at my spare time. During this time I have proven my ability to work with an interdisciplinary team, utilised my interpersonal skills by developing strong professional relationships with clients, including individuals, families and community groups.I have successfully completed my NVQ level 2 in Health and social care and currently working through my level 3.
Having worked in both public and private organisations in the care sector, I am fully aware of the needs of the individual and the importance of team work. My strong verbal and written communication skills have been well utilised in these roles.

I have always had a kind and caring nature and enjoy making a difference to peoples lives.
I am very organised and dedicated person with excellent time management skills and I am now seeking a long term career as a Healthcare Assistant
