While I worked for NHS Professionals at April Cottage Hospital, is for weeks mental health treatment. Grandview Home is for disability with challenging behaviours.
I work as a temporary staff /bank at Princess Royal University Hospital, which is a general hospital. All these can be benefit to me and your organisation if you give me the opportunity.
I make a priority to work as a team e.g. when restraint disability with challenging behaviour or driven NHS vehicle, or to get things done. I do care for the service-users, due to the feelings I have for them by putting myself into their situation. I wash/ shower for patient. Prepared their meals and choices drinks, feed if necessary. Get the patients observation done regularly. Clean toilets, rooms, hall way, living room, tidy up, changed beds and sort out laundry. I took patients to toilet or used either commode or bed-pan.
