I am a caring, hard working, self-motivated and versatile lady with experience in elderly care and learning disabilities. My care management skills include assessing client needs, planning and organizing their care packages. I also have good knowledge and understanding of protection of vulnerable adults as well as adults who are in need. I am able to work well as a team under minimal supervision and also unsupervised and I can manage my own work loads and meet the deadline. In terms of dealing with clients’ l am able to use care director system to come up with individual care packages and collect data to facilitate independent living. However; I also have knowledge and background on case management and have the ability to monitor, assess, evaluate and take the appropriate decisions. I love helping those who cannot help themselves, reading books, listening to music, going to church, shopping and doing voluntary work within the community.
