My education and professional background has provided me with exceptional knowledge and expertise to perform all functions of personal care . For instance, I had performed a variety of tasks for my family members over 15 years. There were my two lovely grandmothers and my aunt. In Poland is a common that grandparents live together with family. Working with old people for over decade has instilled in me the understanding about both the phisical and psychological needs that need to be taken in account. My daily duties were helped them with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and ambulation, incontinence care, transferring, and feeding. I am also well versed in meal planning, preparation and serving, housekeeping, laundry and medication reminders.
