Residential Caretaker – Live in (accommodation provided) – West London - £22.5k + Apartment

We’re working with a prestigious residential management company who are looking to recruit a live-in Caretaker to replace their longstanding Caretaker who is due to retire in the new year.

The position comes with a FULLY EXPENSED APARTMENT on site (in West London) in addition to a starting salary of £22,538.36.

Duties and terms as follows:

* Working 44 hours per week – Mon to Fri 8 hours per day, 4 hours on Saturday

* Based on a prestigious site in W2

* One bedroom apartment provided rent-free (including all bills and internet except council tax)

* Ensuring cleanliness of the site at all times (bins/rubbish, vacuuming/polishing internal areas, sweeping/litter picking communal grounds, walkways, washing down walls, liaison with dustman etc.)

* Distribution of post to each flat, ensuring all letters and parcels are delivered ASAP

* Management of visitors to site, keeping suitable records

* Keyholding & security

* Attending to emergencies if they arise

* Meter reads

* Any and all other duties to ensure the site is keep at its best at all times ensuring resident satisfaction throughout.

Suitable Caretaker applicants will be polite, well presented (a uniform will be provided) and extremely helpful with excellent organisation skills and a can-do attitude. Applicants will be DBS checked as part of the recruitment process should they reach second stage interviews.

With the current caretaker retiring in January, it is expected that the successful Caretaker will start on Monday 29th January with a few handover half days prior.
