Live in Caretaker – one bedroom basement flat with utilities and council tax paid

Monday to Friday 8am to 2.30pm and Saturdays 8am to 10am

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Live In Caretaker to work at high end block in Chelsea. This role is suitable for single occupant with direct experience in working at a residential property. As the Live In Caretaker you will ensure the provision of a high quality of service to all guests and visitors and you will ensure that the block is regularly cleaned, inspected and maintained to a high standard (both internally and externally), in accordance with health and safety requirements. Additionally, you will portray a professional image at all times and will be the first point of contact for all queries related to the maintenance of the development. Main duties will include to ensuring that the internal and external communal areas of the development are cleaned to the highest standard, daily rubbish collection from outside the apartments, patrolling the internal and external areas of the building as required, providing high levels of customer service to all residents, visitors and external contractors at the block, ensuring that the site is a well-managed, safe, clean and secure environment in which to live and work, ensuring that all issues are logged appropriately, acting as a first point of contact for all queries regarding caretaking issues. Must have a strong proven track record and have proven experience of working in a position of trust, lone working unsupervised. Must have prior experience of delivering excellent customer service, basic maintenance skills, good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation, proven ability to apply best practice in the use of all materials and equipment that is provided to carry out work, excellent communication skills, good IT skills.
