About the Role: As a live-in carer, you will have the rewarding responsibility of supporting our clients with their daily routines, enabling them to remain independent and enjoy life in their own homes. You’ll play a vital role in their well-being, offering companionship and delivering tailored care that makes a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with personal care, including dressing, bathing, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, building meaningful relationships with clients.
• Help with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Support clients in maintaining their hobbies, interests, and social connections.
• Monitor and manage medication administration.

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate and empathetic individual with a proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in care is essential.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to live in the client’s home on a rota basis. Usually 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
• Availability to work within Westminster and surrounding areas.
