Here at Spire Homecare, we are looking to build the best bank of carers Wiltshire has to offer. 

We are looking for talented, committed male and female Live-In Carers for packages all over Wiltshire.

Spire Homecare works closely with Wiltshire County Council and private clients to develop Live-In Packages of Care all over the county. We are happy to take applicants from all over the country, with the understanding that if offered a package you can travel to Wiltshire to provide the care for a competitive salary and with the backing of a supportive office team.

Holidays are flexible, and as long as you provide the date in advance then we can facilitate whatever holiday you'd like, within reason. 

As a self employed Live In Carer for Spire Homecare, we can offer you onsite, in-person or virtual/online training to refresh carers and ensure you are confident in your role and feel the full support of the Spire Homecare Family. We can also add you to our Whatsapp group after onboarding to ensure you see every package when it is offered out and to ensure that you have the chance to be considered for the placements should you be available. 

Just like all of our clients are different and are individuals, so are our packages. This means they can vary in length, and vary in their complexity though we always act in the best interest of our clients as well as our carers and make every effort to ensure that if our clients want to be at home, they stay at home. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Personal Care to assist your client with washing, dressing and toileting
• Companionship and assisting your client with daily activities 
• Light housekeeping duties including laundry and cleaning
• Toileting support with commode, incontinence, changing pads and emptying catheter bags 
• Cooking your client nutritious meals 
• Shopping and attending appointments 
• Medication administration 
• Moving and positioning, hoisting and slide sheets 
• Emotional support and encouragement

• Passport (British or other)
• ID Card 
• Proof of address (or mailing address)
• Driving Licence (UK or International)
• Liability Insurance
• DBS Certificate
• Right to work Share Code (If no British Passport)
• Access to a smartphone and internet 
• High standard of English

References and any training/qualification certificates are also appreciated.
