Wilson's Care is a family run home care provider, currently recruiting for a number of live-in carers for a variety of roles for our clients based in Essex.

We are looking for live in carers who prefer longer periods, those who prefer working a shared schedule with another team member (one/two/three weeks on followed by one/two/three weeks off); there is flexibility and we will consider each candidate's individual circumstances. Your role will involve supporting our clients with personal care, meal preparation, supporting them with medication administration and, most importantly, providing companionship to those who are most at risk of feeling isolated and vulnerable. Role Requirements:

• Supporting with personal care
• Meal preparation
• Medication administration
• Be honest, patient and have a genuine desire to improve the lives of vulnerable adults
• Observing, and reporting on, the health and wellbeing of the client (including completing MAR charts)
• Providing companionship
• Complying with all CQC regulations
• Working in accordance with Wilson’s Care policies and values

About you:

• Live-in care experience (preferred but not essential)
• Be reliable, caring and have excellent attention to detail
• Clear and thorough record-keeping skills
• Hold a clean UK licence (preferred)
• An enhanced DBS check will be required
