Cityworx is recruiting a dynamic Live-In Care Service Manager to join a CQC-rated GOOD live-in care business. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee several live-in care packages within a specific geographical area while ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering the highest quality standards.

Role Responsibilities
As a Service Manager, you will oversee and manage live-in care packages, ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and adherence to all legislative requirements.
You will lead the induction, training, supervision, and performance assessment of live-in care staff. Your role will involve maintaining and monitoring quality standards across your region.
Additionally, you will develop and strengthen business relationships with existing and prospective customers, driving business growth and profitability.
In partnership with the Head of Live in Care you will be given training and support to assist you in creating and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote services.
Efficient staff management, including rota coordination and workforce planning, will be an integral part of your responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience of marketing a care service, quality assurance, staff management, and rota management, ideally within a live-in care setting.

A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required.
