Director of Carer Engagement- Private Care

Home based with UK travel

Circa 85k DOE plus 4k care allowance

Full Time / Permanent

Are you an experienced Team Manager with a background in Membership, Sales and Marketing, can you build a strategy to cope with retention of Carers whilst managing a team? You will in conjunction with the CCO define, set and communicate the local carer recruitment strategy, your stakeholders will be CCO, Carer Recruitment team, Exec Team, SMT, Regional Directors, Registered Managers. Working to a company target for retention, manage the conversion pipeline of all National and Local Carer enquiries.

Important aspects of the role:

* Implement a Customer (Carer) first culture

* Manage the sales funnel of leads generated through website and referrals from employees and existing carers.

* Management of call centre and field sales team: The call centre has 10 FTE, with 40 FTE Field Sales this is 70% of the role

* Customer (Carer) acquisition (recruitment)

* Retention – Retention of carer base through communication and engagement events 40% of role

* Carer satisfaction – Measurement carer satisfaction

* Proposition development - Develop Carer proposition consisting of comprehensive benefits, central contact centre, clinical and legal support

* Communications – Coordinate Carer communications
