FEMALE carer/companion needed for my disabled (brain injury) 55 yr old sister. Non-smoker and dog lover essential. You would be a fun, upbeat positive person who would support her in all her daily activities including her personal care and take an active interest in her rehab which includes speech therapy and physiotherapy. We are looking for somebody aged between 25-50. She is a very positive, active and upbeat character and this post is very much for somebody who would act as a companion not just provide for her basic needs. We live in a rural setting near the South Downs so would suit somebody who enjoys being in the countryside. THIS WOULD BE LIVE-IN FOR ONE WEEK EVERY 3 WEEKS so would suit somebody who would like to combine some caring work with other interests/part-time work. Salary of £1400 per week. £50 travel allowance. Willingness to learn is valued as much as experience as training will be provided. Driver preferred but not essential. You will be required to prepare and taste meals containing meat.
