Caremark (Norwich) provides homecare and support which is tailored to meet the individual needs and preferences of clients. We have recently signed 'The Dementia Pledge' and the 'Harwood Care and Support Charter' to demonstrate our commitment to providing excellent care. To further support this commitment we have asked our clients to provide feedback about the service they receive from us to the Homecare and Referenceline websites which are accessed by the wider community. 

Our team of carefully selected Care and Support Workers, who are trained to a very high standard and Enhanced DBS checked, work with people with a range of health problems including:
 

• Physical and Learning Disabilities
• Dementia / Mental Health conditions
• Elderly / Frail
• Palliative

After a thorough face-to-face assessment with each client and/or their family members, we provide a customised care package which is reviewed on a frequent basis to ensure individual needs are continually met. We liaise with a number of different agencies to safeguard the physical and emotional health of our clients and advocate on clients' behalf. The care services we offer include: 
Physical wellbeing 
 

• Assistance with all aspects of personal care
• Prompt/administer prescribed medication
• Hygiene clean / housework
• Meal planning, shopping and cooking
• Accompany to doctors, hospital, and any other appointments

Emotional wellbeing 
 

• Companionship
• Support access to the wider community to maintain social inclusion
• Support to continue hobbies and interests
